陳士林

陳士林,中國中醫科學院首席研究員,國際歐亞科學院院士,CGCM(中藥全球化聯盟)副主席、中國質量協會中藥分會會長;兼任香港浸會大學榮譽教授、日本東京藥科大學客座教授、教育部“長江學者和創新團隊計劃”創新團隊負責人等。曾任中國中醫科學院中藥研究所所長、中國醫學科學院藥用植物研究所所長、世界衛生組織傳統醫學合作中心主任, 香港理工大學客座教授,并在英國皇家植物園丘園接受專業培訓、哈佛醫學院Mclean醫院做訪問學者等?,F擔任APSB,Chinese Medicine,CHM,《藥學學報》等刊副主編。獲得第二屆全國創新爭先獎章。
陳士林在國際上創建了基于ITS2的中草藥DNA條形碼鑒定方法體系,完成專著《中國藥典中藥材DNA條形碼標準序列》,從基因層面解決中草藥物種真偽鑒定的難題,被評為2016中國十大醫學進展;
通過全基因組解析提出靈芝為首個中藥基原藥用模式真菌,被Nature China 選為中國最佳研究亮點推介;完成并發表人參、丹參、赤芝、菊花、卷柏、穿心蓮、紫芝、紫蘇、黃連 等全基因組圖譜和相關組學研究,成功培育并獲批8個中藥材新品種證書或良種證書,主編并開拓創立《本草基因組學》學科并由科學出版社出版,列為全國高等醫藥院校規劃教材,奠定藥用植物分子遺傳學基礎;完成并編著《中國中藥材產地生態適宜性數值區劃》,避免中藥材盲目引種栽培,主持無公害種植項目成功推廣應用;
獲吳階平醫藥創新獎、Agilent Thought Leadership Award等榮譽;獲國家科技進步二等獎3項。獲國家發明專利和美國專利授權36項 ,發表論文500余篇,其中SCI論文300余篇,包括國際著名期刊Nature Communications,Mol Plant,PNAS等。連續六年入選Elsevier高被引中國學者榜單 。
